Payment TermsPayments for services are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services until the outstanding balance is settled.5. Intellectual PropertyContent created by BeyondSeen, including but not limited to social media posts, digital assets, and promotional materials, remains the intellectual property of BeyondSeen until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership rights for the created content will be transferred to the client. 6. TerminationEither party may terminate the services at any time with written notice.BeyondSeen reserves the right to immediately terminate services in the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Service or any other breach of agreement. Limitation of LiabilityBeyondSeen shall not be held liable for: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Losses or damages resulting from third-party actions, or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or other force majeure events.
